Trend Forecast: 'Thank You' DVDs

First of all... today is THE last day to enter our BFB Favorite Things Giveaway!  As in, the VERY last day to win some of the coolest things to ever grace the planet (and just in time for the holidays... Merry Christmas to youuu!).  What's that?  You haven't entered yet?  Then go here, stat!

Now, for the rest of you:

I came across Epic Motion's new product, the Thank You DVD, and I had to post about it.  Epic Motion describes it as 'a different approach to the traditional 'Thank You' cards that are sent after the wedding.'

So what do you think?  Could something like this replace traditional handwritten 'Thank You' cards?  Or would you send it as a supplement to a thoughtful, handwritten note?

{I know what I would do...}

Check it out:

The video was awesome and I think it would be a great gift to share with the parents. Nothing in my book, will replace a handwritten, nice stationery, well thought out note that says I thought of you, individually, thank you for thinking of me.

Sara, I totally agree. Handwritten correspondence is becoming a lost art, and if not on your wedding day, then when will you send such a heartfelt token of your love and appreciation? Our stance is that these DVD Thank You's are a fun addition to a personalized, handwritten note.

I wish I could get married all over again so I to do this!! Super cute. It reminds me of the Save the Date videos our brides are doing these days.
