Hiatus.

I hate to do this.  I really do.  But I need to take some more time to get some things squared away in Real Life.  You see, my dad isn't well.

My dad suffered a severe brain injury one year ago due to medical malpractice and we have to get him on Medicaid so he can get the care that he needs.  Getting on Medicaid is no easy task if you're a middle-class, working American.  Trust me on that one.  Unfortunately, commercial insurance doesn't pay for a whole lot when you need long-term care.  Ironically, Medicaid pays for everything commercial insurance doesn't.  In helping my mom with this process, and everything I have going on in life, I just don't have time to blog for another week or so.  It pains me to say that, but Real Life comes first.

So thanks for understanding, and I can't wait to get back to blogging... I miss it dearly!
Have the best week, lovelies.  xoxo

Kristin

Sending prayers your way- I'm sorry you have to go through this. It is so good that your parents have your help. Let me know if there's anything I can do.

You are all so sweet, I can't even believe it. To be honest, I didn't even think about asking someone to guest blog (because, well, I just don't think like that!). That would be absolutely awesome, and then some. I will reach out to you gals! Thanks so much!
