A Wedding Wonderland

There is something so nostalgic about whimsical weddings.  Though 'nostalgia' isn't often the word that comes to mind when one mentions the word 'whimsy,' allow me to elaborate.  Way back when, before we had jobs, responsibilities, or a care in the world, we were kids.  We had tea parties, made pretty princess hats out of construction paper and ribbon, and the only limit to our actions was our own imaginations.

Whoever and wherever we are now, we can all reminisce about our days of whimsy. We dreamed of the day we would walk down that aisle, and for many of us, that dream still harbors inside of us, just as fresh and exciting as it was years ago.

I admire those women who succumb to the whimsy; the ones who wear that poufy princess dress, wear that tiara, and ride off into the sunset in their modern-day pumpkin coach (Rolls Royce, anyone?) at the end of the night.

This Alice in Wonderland photo shoot is a tribute to the whimsy. Let your wildest dreams be your only limitation as you dare to execute the wedding (or bridal shower) you've always imagined.

I love the pops of aqua throughout. They look really good with the fuschia. I might steal this color scheme!
